Shimla Hills pineapple pulp is processed from pineapple fruit farmed primarily in India’s north-eastern area. These pineapples are high in manganese, vitamin C, and vitamin B1. Pineapple pulp is obtained by inspecting, washing, and blanching fully ripened pineapples. The processed pineapple pulp is then put into various sizes of aseptic pack
aging and stored at a specified temperature.
Because we do not use any artificial preservatives, gums, or colorings, our pineapple pulp is in high demand. On customer request, we can also provide sulphited pineapple pulp.
Pineapple pulp is easily incorporated into frozen juices, drinks, fruit cheese, fruit cream, puddings, baby food items, yoghurt, and other desserts.
