We launched ShimlaRed, our authentic Indian food brand, with a state-of-the-art tomato production plant in Shoghi, Himachal Pradesh, supplying premium Tomato Puree & Paste to ITC hotels across the region.

2024 R&D Center

Expanded into the RTE (Ready-to-Eat) and RTC (Ready-to-Cook) segments, offering RTE rice, combo meals, and curries, along with RTC base gravies such as Bhuna Masala, Red Gravy, and Tomato Makhani Gravy. Additionally, we ventured into Dips and Sauces, launching Tomato Ketchup, Snack Sauce, and a versatile range of Chinese Sauces.

2026 Global Excellence

While excelling in natural food offerings at Shimla Hills, our brand ShimlaRed expanded its Ready-to-Eat portfolio, introducing innovative potato-based foods, infant purees, and jaggery-based ketchups and sauces to global markets.
