Shimla Hills lemon juice concentrate is created using the citrus juice, cells and core of Citrus Limon- Lemons.
Fresh whole lemons are harvested and sent to the premier production facilities equipped with the latest equipment for processing and packing, where they are concentrated at low temperatures and high vacuum while always preserving the fruit’s natural qualities.  After being swiftly filled, the product is quickly frozen to 0°F (-18°C). The end product comes out to be very similar to a freshly squeezed lemon.
Lemon concentrate from Shimla Hills has juice cells and pulp that add an extra layer of fresh flavour, keeping it just as refreshing as freshly squeezed lemon or lime juice.
