Neelam Mango is one of nature’s most favoured variants of the mango species. Its desirability transcends the human race- animals love it, even birds trust their young ones with this delicious fruit. It is indeed surprising how humans still manage to save some for themselves !
Its peaks around the end-of-June, although it can be found as early as May. Numerous regions of Pakistan and India support Neelam mango growth. The Southern part of India produces the well-known Indian varieties.
Here’s how we process this flavuorsome fruit into delightful puree: All natural and matured Neelam Mangoes are harvested quickly and transported to the fruit processing plant. Sorted high-quality fruits are then transferred to controlled ripening chambers. Mango Pulp is then extracted from sorted, sound ripened, washed, blanched fruits by mechanical process as deseeding, refining and subsequently centrifuged to make pulp free from particles, impurities etc. Further the pulp is thermally processed and aseptically filled to maintain commercial sterility / ensure product safety. Overall, throughout the entire processing line, high hygiene standards are maintained. The procedure makes sure that our final product maintains the fruit’s original organoleptic parameters.
