We prepare pineapple juice concentrate, derived from premium pineapple fruits grown mostly in northeastern parts of India using a method called osmotic evaporation to create pineapple juice from concentrate. This involves carefully calibrated measurements of the water content of the pineapple juice being evaporated. The end result is healthier and tastier juice concentrate as there is no direct heating. Recent research has also demonstrated that osmotic evaporation-concentrated low temperature pineapple juice has a higher fresh juice flavour than heat-concentrated juice.

This concentrated pineapple juice is ready to use, has no additional chemicals, and is fully safe. The tropical fruit pineapple is rich in copper, manganese, vitamin B6, vitamin C, and other nutrients that help treat conditions like bronchitis, high blood pressure, blood infections, colds, and the flu. Due to its medicinal qualities, it is also used in Ayurvedic treatments.

Pineapple concentrate can be used in the making of drinks, beverages, baked goods, cereal based products, yoghurt, ice creams, herbal remedies, desserts, salads, compotes, pies, puddings and even as a garnish on hams and sauces.
