pineapple juice concentrate through a process called Osmotic Evaporation
where the water content in pineapple juice is evaporated through organic
innovative measures. This process helps us to produce a healthy, tastier
product as there is no heating involved.
Recent researches have proved
that low temperature concentrated pineapple juice that undergoes osmotic
evaporation has more fresh juice flavor than heat-concentrated juice.
