IQF POMEGRANATE ARILS

The sweet pomegranate fruit’s edible red-hued seeds, or arils, are rich in antioxidants, fibre, minerals, and vitamin C and aid in preventing cancer, heart disease, and arthritis. Compared to green tea, it has three times as many antioxidants.

To ensure that we are using the freshest agricultural produce possible for our needs, all pomegranate fruits are purchased from the greatest agricultural fields. Additionally, sorted and cleaned pomegranate fruit is used to extract pomegranate arils or kernels. The pomegranate arils or kernels are then put through a controlled-temperature fast freezer.

Following sorting, inspection, and packing, these are subjected to stringent hygienic and product safety standards and then stored. Following storage, the pomegranate arils are then distributed to consumers in accordance with their orders.
