Alphonso mangoes of the highest quality are available from Shimla Hills as slices, dices, chunks, halves, and wholes. All items are processed according to strict quality and hygiene policies.
Only mangoes of the highest ripeness and freshness are selected. Then, using a FAM dicer, the matured mangoes are cleaned, peeled, and sliced or diced in accordance with the requirement of the consumer. Mangoes that have been chopped or diced are then run through chlorinated water. These dices or chunks are then dried, examined, weighed, and packaged. The final product then goes through a metal detector and is individually frozen in cold storage at -18° C.
