Upon maturing, the fruit is quickly collected and delivered to the facility for processing. The mature coconut fruit is then peeled, removed, and run through the inspection belts to remove any foreign objects or overripe / underripe fruit.
Following machine dicing to 6mm and 10mm, the coconut is dewatered and fed through an in-feed shaker to an IQF unit. Following that, the IQF dices are sieved, examined, weighed, and packed. After passing through a metal detector, the packed boxes are moved to an 18°C cold storage facility.
