According on the customer’s requirement, the fruits are either formed into balls or sliced into chunks or dices. After being cleaned and dewatered, the balls or chunks are moved to the freezing apparatus. Finally, the IQF Muskmelon Dices and Honeydew Balls are sieved, examined, packed, and sent through a metal detector before being stored at -18°C.
