Our IQF whole baby corn is made from fresh, non-GMO, soft yellow corn that has been stripped of its husk and silk, examined, washed, cooled, and frozen at -18°C or below. To keep these young corns in good condition, it is essential to maintain the correct storage conditions. For the process, only the finest baby corns with the ideal texture and colour are used.
