Shimla Hills provides IQF baby corn that is excellent for a variety of culinary uses. Our baby corn has a distinctive pale-yellow colour that, in low light, frequently seems mildly white. Baby corn, a common vegetable in Asia, is collected from regular corn plants that are taken from common sweet field corn varieties right after silk thread has begun to develop.
Our IQF whole baby corn is made from fresh, non-GMO, soft yellow corn that has been stripped of its husk and silk, examined, washed, cooled, and frozen at -18°C or below. To keep these young corns in good condition, it is essential to maintain the correct storage conditions.Â
For the process, only the finest baby corns with the ideal texture and colour are used. You would enjoy their adorable petite shape and mouth-watering flavour.
You can have them deep fried to get delicious crispy baby corn mixed with some other chopped vegetables. Baby corn Manchurian is a great dish and so is baby corn curry having flavours of garlic, onions, and tomatoes. It can also be used to prepare chilli baby corn – a heavenly treat for spicy food lovers.
