As a result, carrot pulp is more nutrient-dense than raw carrots. They can be cooked in soups and stews, as well as in baby and pet diets, and chopped and boiled, fried, or steamed. Carrots’ sweetness makes it possible to use the vegetable in various fruit-like applications.
