Along with Alphonso and Kesar, Totapuri is a significant commercial mango variety that is planted extensively in southern Indian regions. This particular mango type can be recognised by its oblong shape and beak-shaped tip. This tropical fruit pulp is produced with Totapuri mangoes that have been carefully sorted and are of high quality.
Totapuri mangoes are ideal for juice manufacturers to employ in the blending process because of their consistency. The toppings and fillings for fruit breads, baby meals, cakes, tarts, muffins, pie-filings, fruit bars, confectionary, milkshakes, ice creams, yoghurts, desserts, cereals, jams, squashes, and other beverages can be created with our premium processed mango pulp and puree concentrate.
The sweet and tangy flavour of Totapuri mango pulp is devoid of any cooked or off flavours of any type, and it is somewhat akin to ripe Alphonso mangoes.
We follow GMP and HACCP standards for all of our mango pulp manufacturing, making us one of the most reputable Totapuri mango exporters from India. Selected varieties of genetically unaltered, fully ripe Totapuri mangoes are collected and delivered quickly to the processing facilities. After that, the mangoes are examined, cleaned, blanched, pulped, deseeded, and processed. They undergo sanitary processing to yield a naturally bright yellow pulp with the hearty Totapuri mango pulp flavour.
