Alphonso mangoes are picked while they are still green, allowed to ripen, and then processed using incredibly accurate scientific methods. Following a quality check, the pulped, uniformly golden-yellow Alphonso mangoes are hygienically packed into aseptic bags and cans. There are no cooked or added flavours in the Alphonso mango puree that we offer.
