Our Frozen Passion Fruit Juice Concentrate is obtained from the ripe passion fruits by aseptic processing and concentrated by physical removal of part of the water content to form a thick concentrate. The total process (all steps of production) adheres to the HACCP concept and complies with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), including quality checks and full traceability. All reasonable steps have been taken to minimise risk of cross contamination.
The purple granadilla fruit, which is also known as yellow passion fruit, is processed in a pulping machine, where the pulp is fed directly into the containers without the use of any additives and has a mouthwatering aroma and texture.
Our passion fruit pulp contains no added sugar, water, or preservatives, giving yoghurt, ice cream, jams, jellies, and desserts an amazingly natural flavour. The pulp of the passion fruit is a wonderful source of potassium, carbs, phosphorus, iron, and vitamins A and C.
