Okra, often known as lady finger, is prized for its delicious green portion. Okra that is still in its natural state is sliced, graded, and then blanched at controlled temperature. They are then quickly cooled before being permitted to proceed through the individual quick freezer to produce the finished good, which is our well-known IQF okra. It is carefully monitored to ensure that only farm-fresh okra is used in the finished IQF product.
IQF Okra is delicious in soup and even in curry form. You may use our IQF okra in both stewed and roasted forms. Both go well with tomatoes. They are even wonderful when fried and served with fresh tomatoes, onion, and basil leaves. Also, we highly recommend storing the vegetable at -18° C until ready for gourmet preparation.
