Freshly gathered passion fruits, which are plentiful in the agricultural regions of North-East India, are used to make passion fruit pulp. When the greenness of the peel of a passion fruit vanishes and the outer skin becomes smooth or slightly ripened, the fruit is ready to be processed into pulp.
The purple granadilla fruit, which is also known as yellow passion fruit, is processed in a pulping machine, where the pulp is fed directly into the containers without the use of any additives and has a mouthwatering aroma and texture.
Our passion fruit pulp contains no added sugar, water, or preservatives, giving yoghurt, ice cream, jams, jellies, and desserts an amazingly natural flavour. The pulp of the passion fruit is a wonderful source of potassium, carbs, phosphorus, iron, and vitamins A and C.
We are leading exporters and manufacturers of fruit pulps one of which is passion fruit pulp that can be used in a wide variety of food and beverage products.
